Cloth Size If the width of your window is greater than the specified width of this fabric we'll join pieces together and pattern match the seams.
Manufacturing Tolerance & Weight If you are ordering a made to measure curtain or voile, there is a 10mm manufacturer's tolerance on the width and drop of the curtain.
Made to Measure Blinds/Curtains If you order a product that requires a specific width to be typed in, it is considered "Made-to-Measure" and cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions.

These products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. In such a case, your new product is covered by our 5-year warranty and will be remanufactured and redelivered free of charge.
